Cherry began experimenting with flower growing in 2022, adding new varieties to the field each year and gradually building a diverse collection of seasonal blooms. Alongside growing, she completed her RHS Level 2 in Practical Horticulture in 2024, developing her knowledge and practical skills across the seasons.

Today, Nib & Nectar grows an abundance of annuals and perennials, with the planting evolving each year. Cherry’s favourite flower, the peony, has a particularly special place in the field, alongside dahlias, anemones, alliums, narcissus, tulips and gypsophila.

The annuals change from year to year, but favourites include sunflowers, cosmos and cornflowers, alongside flowers such as helipterum and strawflowers, which are grown especially for drying.
